Q: Is there a minimum night stay?
A: There is generally a two night minimum stay throughout the year, with the exception of long public holiday weekends where the minimum stay requirement could be three nights or more.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Please send an email with your reservation request to yourtobagovillas@gmail.com. Please include the name of the villa you would like to book, the dates you would like to book, and the number of adults and children (children being under the age of 12) that you need to accommodate.

Q: What deposit amount do I need to make to confirm the reservation?
A: A deposit equivalent to one night's rental for bookings of 4 nights or less, or a 25% deposit on rentals of 5 nights and more is required to confirm to your booking. The balance payment and damage deposit are also payable prior to your arrival.

Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: In addition to the rental amount, you are also required to pay a damage deposit of an additional one night rental which is refundable in full to you within seven working days after you've checked out once there are no damages or items missing. The reservation form has a section for you to put in your account information for an online transfer to be done.

Q: Can I make payments via credit card?
A: Unfortunately, there isn't a credit card facility available. Payments can be made via direct deposit at the bank or via online banking.

Q: What are the check in and check out times?
A: Check in at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. We can allow an early check in of 11:00AM and a late check out of 2:00PM at no additional charge once there are no guests checking out on your arrival day or checking in on your departure day. Early check in / late check out can be scheduled in but are subject to availability.

Q: Who will meet me for check in and check out?
A: Check in and check out are both self check in and self check out. Once you have a confirmed reservation, self check in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

Q: Are parties allowed?
A: Each villa is privately owned and each owner has specified that parties are not permitted unless permission has been granted by the owner.

Q: Are there any enhanced cleaning protocols in place?
A: We want all of our guests to feel comfortable about travelling again, and so we follow recommended enhanced cleaning protocols at all of our villas. Once the villa has already been thoroughly cleaned and prepared, a 70% alcohol surface sanitiser is used on highly touched surfaces and the sanitiser is available for guests to use during their stay along with an alcohol-based hand sanitiser. Housekeeping service is not offered at this time, but it is an option should you require it, and we are currently not taking same-day arrivals and departures so that there is ample time to have the villa aired, cleaned and sanitised in between bookings.

Q: What supplies does the property come with?
A: Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided. The bathrooms have an initial supply of toilet rolls and bath soap and the kitchen has an initial supply of dishwashing liquid and garbage bags. Once these supplies have been used, guests are expected to provide their own. Please also provide your own laundry detergent for personal laundry.
